One of the largest developments in the City of London to receive planning permission, this 32-storey commercial building covers 900,000 sq ft of commercial space, can accommodate up to 10,000 people at one time and includes a 200-seater auditorium, cinema, restaurants, office and amenity spaces, fitness area and enough parking spaces for 1000 bicycles. 

Atlantic Contracts BIM scope involved the creation of a detailed BIM model for various bespoke architectural elements within the front-of-house areas, including joinery, wall panels, seating, and other custom features. These models were developed to an LOD350 standard, ensuring they met the exacting specifications required for the high-profile development.
