Located on the iconic Kings Road in Chelsea, The Gaumont has been reinvigorated into a mixed-use development retaining its striking Art Deco image
The fit out of the residential space at The Gaumont was completed by Atlantic Contracts; delivering a range of works including premium joinery and bespoke amenities.
Challenges we faced included:

Working around the plumbing pipe work when installing the bespoke bathroom vanities making allowance for the required pipe work while retaining visual consistency.

Carefully planning the logistics for materials as there was no straight access into the site for deliveries.

Managing multiple variations to the wardrobe design.

- Primed internal apartment door sets finished with architrave
- Veneered apartment entrance door sets
- Antique finish bronze ironmongery throughout
- Bespoke Oak stair sets, Solid oak clad metal stairs
- Bespoke Wardrobes with multiple finishes, veneered, laminate & painted with internal drawers & LED lighting
- Modular storage units for apartment cupboards
- Flooring – both straight plank & herringbone
- Bespoke Bathroom Vanities & Mirrored Units
- Bespoke anodised metal surrounds to lift lobby niches
