We are pleased to announce that following the completion of the enabling and piling works, Getjar Limited have also been appointed by Durkan to complete the Groundworks and RC Frame (Substructure & Superstructure) package for Phase 1 of the Kidbrooke Park Road development.

This new residential scheme comprises of 4 buildings, Blocks A-D, ranging in height from 4 to 11 storeys and will provide 122 affordable flats, nursery and new energy centre.

The scope of works includes: Enabling Works, Piling, Earthworks, Foundation, Drainage, BWIC - Services, RC Frame and is due to complete 2023.
