This fit out was a traditional shell and core scope. On the inner courtyard and rear elevation of the building from level 5 upwards there was a timber CLT structure added to the building. The building consists of 3 cores all of which have male and female laminate toilet cubicles. The ground floor houses the main reception area where the timber flooring, wall panelling, reception desk and joinery were supplied and installed by us. The basement is where the changing areas are situated and within these, we installed lockers, stone vanity units, mirrors and shower enclosures.
