Phase 2 consisted of the demolition of the existing building and the construction of a new 12-storey, 223,000sq ft office block.
Forming part of the Barts Square Complex, creating a new office, retail and residential space in St.Pauls, London.
Scope of works:
- FFE installation of WC IPS Panelling, Cubicles, Vanity Units and Mirrors.
- Factory laquered door sets and wall panelling.
- Shower and changing room fit-out.
- Back of house joinery.
- Installation of brass patinated panels and Rimex colmn encasements.
